My name is Kelly H Bivins, and I started 1st Defense Training in January 2018. I was a Victim in 2009, and realized I didn’t know how to protect myself. That’s when I made the decision that I didn’t want to be a Victim anymore, and received training, and I continue to train. My passion is to train others to feel confident, educated, & prepared to protect themselves, their loved ones, and others.

Our courses are customized to reflect and support the unique laws of the states in which we operate.  Along with safety and legal training, 1st Defense Training teaches practical application of course materials.
